Interesting Statistic:
TreeHouse has spent approximately $56,522 in the last 4 years on food, veterinarian care,
medicine and supplies to care for the animals who pass through its doors and for the ones
who are permanent residents.
That cost doesn't include upkeep, maintenance and other utilities and other expenses
necessary to keep the facility running.
Rest assured that any donation, or purchase of a fundraiser item, is used specifically for the
operations of TreeHouse. TreeHouse Wildlife Center is very appreciative of all its members,
volunteers and supporters and understands the importance of being earnest and frugal.
We do our best to make every penny stretch.

TreeHouse has moved to a new facility and is therefore
having to build all new cages and renovate the facility to
meet our needs. Cages cost a minimum of $1,000 to build.

Company Gift Matching
Many companies offer Charity gift matching programs. Check with your human resource
department to find out if your company participates in a matching program.
Boeing/McDonnell-Douglas has had a company matching program for years, but this marks
the start of allowing TreeHouse Wildlife Center to benefit doubly for Boeing employee
contributions.
The Boeing Gift Matching program is now supporting wildlife organizations. Employees can
have Boeing match their contributions dollar-for-dollar, and retiree's donations are at 50%
matching. To qualify, send TreeHouse your contribution. Then notify Boeing using the on-line
submission (My Boeing >> Total Access >> My Community Giving). The minimum for matching
is $100 with an annual limit of $6000 for all your requested matching. Separately, you can
direct your Employee Community Fund (ECF) donations to TreeHouse, as well.
Wherever you work, please check whether your company will match your contribution.
